Inner balance. Outer flow.

Use kinesiology to find lasting relief from stress and physical discomfort by listening to what your body is truly asking for

  • In Hawaiian, Nalu means wave. It represents the natural ebb and flow of life. Those days when the water laps gently at your feet but also the turbulent times when the surf feels like it might pull you under.

In our fast-paced world, we often try to push through stress and ignore exhaustion. But while the mind tries to carry on, the body holds the truth of our experiences.

  • Your body communicates through whispers - subtle signs that things aren’t quite right. When these are ignored, the whispers become shouts and they can manifest themselves as familiar symptoms:

    • Digestive discomfort and gut issues

    • Persistent headaches and chronic tension

    • Joint pain and physical fatigue

    • Poor sleep and a restless mind

  • Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic therapy that acts as a bridge to your body’s innate wisdom. Using muscle testing, it’s possible to communicate directly with your nervous system, to bypass the mental chatter and find the root cause of your physical or emotional symptoms.

  • My goal is to provide a bespoke treatment tailored to your unique history and needs. By clearing imbalances, I restore your body’s natural ability to heal itself.

When your body is in balance, you find your inner flow once more, allowing you to feel like your old self again.

Meet Lydia

For years, I relied on complementary therapies just to keep going - using reflexology to manage stress and osteopathy to recover after a car crash.

I saw my health issues as a string of ailments which needed fixing so I could carry on pushing forward. But I never got to a point of feeling genuinely healthy.

Then, 20 years ago, everything changed when I discovered Kinesiology.

Today, my aim is to demystify kinesiology and make it accessible to everyone - whether you’re a long-time believer in complementary therapies or a curious sceptic who simply wants to feel better.

From my garden treatment room, on the border between Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire, I provide a calm, supportive space to help you understand what your body is telling you so you leave with both a sense of balance and practical tools to navigate life’s ups and downs.

My approach

My approach begins with a relaxed discovery call, giving you the chance to ask questions, talk about what you’re experiencing and see whether kinesiology feels like the right fit for you.

The first consultation allows plenty of time to explore your health history, understand what may be affecting your balance and begin using kinesiology techniques to identify underlying stresses in the body.

Follow-up sessions then build on this work, helping to gently rebalance the body and support lasting change. Some people prefer to come every few months for an MOT, while others prefer an ongoing course of regular consultations so we can work through patterns more deeply over time.

The focus is always on helping you understand what your body is communicating and giving you practical tools to support your wellbeing in everyday life.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic tool which can look at an issue from a multitude of angles, communicating with the body to find the source of the issue. Clients often try kinesiology when conventional methods have failed to make a lasting impact.

Client Feedback

“During one of the most stressful periods of my working life, Lydia’s kinesiology sessions were a revelation - not just for my mental state but for persistent back pain I’d almost accepted as permanent. It’s completely gone. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”

— Jake P

“I have been seeing Lydia for kinesiology treatments for over a year now, and I can honestly say it has made a huge difference to my wellbeing. Lydia is amazing at what she does, and I feel truly blessed to know her and to have kinesiology in my life.”

— Louise W RN

“Before beginning my course of treatments with Lydia I had no knowledge about what was going to happen during a session and wasn’t certain that I would come away feeling any real benefit. How wrong I was about the benefits.

My particular issues have eased significantly. I have told her that she has magic in her hands because no amount of drugs has helped my symptoms improve so quickly. Over time, and entirely thanks to Lydia, I have been able to put what used to be something which affected my quality of life negatively on the back burner.”
